Can you paint while we are living in the home?
Yes, we frequently work in occupied homes. We minimise disruption by using low-odour products, managing dust, and executing rigorous furniture and floor covering (asset protection).
What is your process for exterior house painting?
Our standard exterior process ensures durability:
- High-pressure washing.
- Surface repair (cracks/damage).
- Priming (Sealer/Undercoat).
- 2–3 coats of UV/weather-resistant paint.
We strictly adhere to standard procedures.
Which paint brands do you use?
We predominantly use Dulux Professional products. We can also offer Taubmans or eco-friendly low-VOC products upon request.
Does the service include patch-up and crack repair?
Yes. Comprehensive preparation, including patch-up, crack repair, and water damage restoration, is integral to our standard scope of work.
Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?
Yes, all residential painting projects are covered by a JMS Quality Warranty (A/S).
Are clean-up and site tidy included?
